We are looking to pipeline talent for future projects across our Civil, Building, and Plant streams. We are seeking construction talents at different experience levels to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise site works and monitor progress to meet project schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Monitor workmanship of labour and subcontractors.
- Plan and coordinate site activities, work sequences, and material usage.
- Liaise with internal and external parties on drawings, materials, and construction sequences.
- Assist in construction planning, method statements, and material submissions.
- Enforce safety regulations and company guidelines on site.
Requirements:
- Degree in Building / Civil Engineering / Construction Management or a related discipline; Certificate/Diploma holders with relevant experience will also be considered.
- A minimum of 3 years of construction site experience. Candidates with less experience may be considered for Coordinator role and those with extensive supervisory experience may be considered for Site Supervisory roles.
- Holder of Safety Supervisor Certificate is a plus.
- Strong coordination, supervisory, and communication skills.
- Hardworking, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Good command of both English and Chinese (including Putonghua is preferred)
