Responsibilities:
- Assist in record keeping and posting content online
- Assist in all-round office administration functions and clerical duties
- Perform in any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
- Secondary education or above
- Fluent in both spoken Cantonese; Basic Mandarin and English
- Proficiency in MS Word, Chinese Word Typing, Canva and Excel
- Basic knowledge in accounting / HR is preferred but not a must
- Relevant experience in all-round administrative support is preferable
- Be supportive and caring
- Willing to learn and communicate as team player
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
- Immediate available is preferred
Working hours:
- 8-8.5 hours per day (with 1 hour for lunch)
- 5-day work week and banking holiday
