Job Description:
Perform daily technical support on desktop, network, system, software and hardware
Provide helpdesk support and solutions to users
Set up computers and install software for various applications and programs
Handle helpdesk documentation and reporting, liaise with relevant parties to troubleshoot and report on problems and incidents
Requirements:
Solid knowledge in Microsoft Office & Windows
Familiar with Windows, Office 365 / M365, basic troubleshooting, ticketing systems
Experience in IT helpdesk / hotline preferred
Self-motivated, hardworking with good interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills (Cantonese & English essential; Mandarin a plus)
