Clinic in charge 診所主管 (彩虹/北角)
主要職責
- 監督及統籌診所日常運作(接待、登記、收費、發藥/配藥、文件流轉)
- 人手與排班管理、在職培訓與表現跟進,維持服務質素與效率
- 庫存與採購管理:醫療耗材與設備監察、盤點、保養及補貨
- 客戶服務;持續優化病人旅程與服務流程
- 依 SOP 與合規要求運作(感染控制、藥物/冷鏈管理、資料私隱等),並推動流程改善
- 收入監察與業務發展
- 監察每日/每週/每月收入與關鍵指標
- 與營運/市場合作設計與執行推廣活動(如體檢套餐、疫苗、慢病管理)
- 檢視服務結構;跟進活動成效並持續優化,以提升診所收入
- 遙距診療)分流及排程,處理客戶查詢及安排診症,確保物流穩妥
- 積極參與政府計劃包括(CDCC/CRC/HCV/VSS)
入職要求
- 中五或以上學歷;具診所或醫院工作經驗優先
- 最少 3 年前線診所經驗具主管經驗更佳
- 具抽血實務經驗;持抽血/靜脈導管插入證書者優先
- 良好中英文書寫與溝通,懂普通話更佳;熟悉 Outlook/Word/Excel
- 以病人為本、主動解難、具責任感與抗壓能力
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily clinic operations (reception, registration, billing, dispensing/pharmacy support, document flow).
- Manage manpower and rosters; provide on‑the‑job training and performance follow‑up to maintain service quality and efficiency.
- Manage inventory and procurement: monitor medical consumables and equipment, conduct stocktakes, arrange maintenance, and replenish supplies.
- Deliver customer service; continuously optimize the patient journey and service workflows.
- Operate in accordance with SOPs and compliance requirements (infection control, medication/cold‑chain management, data privacy), and drive process improvements.
- Revenue monitoring and business development:
- Track daily/weekly/monthly revenue and key indicators.
- Collaborate with Operations/Marketing to design and execute promotions (e.g., health check packages, vaccinations, chronic disease management).
- Review service mix; follow through on campaign performance and continuously optimize to increase clinic revenue.
- Telemedicine: Triage and scheduling; handle client enquiries and appointment bookings; ensure smooth and compliant workflows.
- Actively participate in government schemes, including CDCC, CRC, HCV, and VSS.
Requirements
- Form 5 or above; clinic or hospital experience preferred.
- At least 3 years of frontline clinic experience; supervisory/acting‑in‑charge experience is an advantage.
- Hands‑on phlebotomy experience; possession of a phlebotomy/IV cannulation certificate is an advantage.
- Good written and spoken Chinese and English; Mandarin is a plus. Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Patient‑centric, proactive problem solver with strong responsibility and resilience.
