Network
Duties include:
- Configuring and troubleshooting SDN, routers and switches
- Update of system and network diagram
- Implement LAN/WAN solutions
- Skills transfer
Skills required:- Open standard SDN (OpenFlow, Open vSwitch, FRR, etc.)
- Routing and Switching (OSPF, BGP, VLAN, QoS, ACL)
- Familiarity with diagramming tools such as Visio
- know-how (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Elastic, W3C Trace) of observability implementations to infrastructure (SDN and network devices)
- Cisco product
Experience:
- Experienced in open source or multi-brand software-defined network (SDN) solutions
- Experienced in supporting client or data center projects, including migrations and upgrades
- Experienced in implementations of network infrastructure observability
Software
Duties include:
- Configuring, testing and troubleshooting KVM setup
- Configuring, testing and troubleshooting SDS setup and observability using open standard
- Skills transfer
Skills required:
- Implementations, troubleshooting and performance tuning on different KVM solutions
- Integration with KVM solutions (operating systems, antivirus, backup, monitoring, etc)
- Know-how (SNIA standard, Ceph implementations, OpenStack Swift) of SDS implementations
- Know-how (opentelemetry, prometheus, elastic, w3c trace) of observability implementations to infrastructure (container, VM, server and storage devices)
Experience:
- Experienced in open source or multi-brand KVM solutions
- Experienced in supporting client or data center projects, including migrations and upgrades
- Experienced in implementations of software-defined storage (SDS)
- Experienced in implementations of server farm observability
Requirements:
• High Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• At least 1 year onsite experience
• Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Employment Terms:
- Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- 5 working days per week
