Job Responsibilities
Coordinate Competition Logistics
Manage all logistical aspects of company events and projects, including venue selection, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Team Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for participants, providing necessary information and support throughout the event.
Volunteer Management
Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers to ensure smooth operations during the event.
Budget Oversight
Assist in the development and management of the event budget, ensuring all expenses are tracked and accounted for.
Marketing and Outreach
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the event and engage local schools, sponsors, and the community.
Event Execution
Oversee day-of-event operations, ensuring that the event runs smoothly and meets all deadlines and objectives.
