Main Responsibilities:
- Independently create a complete set of construction drawings (including floor plans, ceiling plans, elevation drawings, detail drawings, etc.). Assist in the presentation of proposals and tender documents
- Coordinate among client, contractor & vendors
- Conduct on-site measurements and inspections to record dimensions and site conditions.
- Provide a positive working attitude in time management and reach company targets
- To be proactive in challenging, questioning and making initiatives of opportunities, suggestions and actions to improve the outcome
- Assist in organizing material lists and archiving design documents.
- Communicate with the engineering/design team regarding the necessary details of the drawings.
Requirements:
- Holder of Higher Diploma or above in Architectural, Interior design, E&M design or related discipline
- 3 years or above of solid & relevant working experience in A&A Works and Fitting-out Works, or relevant experience.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch-Up and Photoshop
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility, emphasizing the accuracy and detail of drawings.
- A natural technical eye with contemporary aesthetics
- Good knowledge of materials and finishes
- Multi-tasking with excellent time management
- A team player with a positive spirit of “can do” attitude
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Interior Designer
- Immediate availability is an advantage
