Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily office administration, document filing, and data entry
- Coordinate and follow up on service operations and document issues with various clients
- Answer phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and WeChat
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
1. F.5, DSE, Diploma or above
2. Minimum 1-year or above clerical experience
3. Able to work under pressure, Detail-minded, independent, sense of responsibility and good interpersonal & communication skills.
4. Proficient in MS office (word, excel), 中文輸入法 20-30wpm
5. Immediate available is highly preferred.
Working Hour: 9.00am – 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)
