Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive external food safety, hygiene, and quality audits across various supermarket outlets and food production facilities.
- Evaluate compliance with internal standards and industry regulations to ensure the highest level of consumer safety.
- Identify non-conformances and provide actionable recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in food safety auditing or a dedicated Quality Assurance (QA) role within the food industry.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of HACCP, ISO 22000, or local food safety regulatory frameworks.
Position Details:
- Audit Frequency: Approximately 1–2 sessions per month (highly flexible).
- Compensation: Competitive; negotiable based on depth of experience and technical expertise.
