Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for recruiting and handling employment contracts, onboarding management, MPF (Mandatory Provident Fund), visa processing, and other related tasks.
- Handle in monthly payroll processing and prepare the final payment calculation
- Maintain HR system and staff database, and C&B administration , etc.
- Assisted in recruitment, including job postings and arranging interviews.
- Prepare a variety of written documents, including internal HR & Administration memos and forms.
Manage the daily operations of the Hong Kong office, including asset management, equipment maintenance, courier services, and other administrative duties.
- Resolving employee queries relating to HR benefits and general administration matters
- Assist in organizing company events and staff social activities
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or above in HR Management/ Business Administration or related discipline
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar HR and/or administrative role, ideally within a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Japanese would be a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office application especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Good team player with strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility, reliable and organized
- IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferred
