Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for graduate roles/ internships/ management role, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
• Represent our company at top companies in Hong Kong through networking events and partner closely with business leaders.
• Proactively engage high-potential candidates and clients through multiple channels (LinkedIn, partnerships, social media, etc.).
• Guide candidates through the application process, providing insightful feedback and career advice.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Class of 2023, 2024, 2025 or 2026).
• Outstanding interpersonal skills in Cantonese is a Must.
• Prior experience in campus club/ student societies/ event organizations/ client-facing roles.
• Any exposure to recruitment, sales or marketing through internships or part-time work.
