Description:
Job Responsibilities:
• Design and implement SOP, operational workflows, protocol and systems to support business growth
• Manage administrative tasks including documentation, agreements, and internal coordination
• Liaise with internal departments, external partners, and service providers to ensure seamless operations
• Coordinate cross-team discussions and assist with execution of agreed actions and follow-ups
• Setup and implement seamless investor communication mechanism, procedures and systems
• Review and coordinate legal documents and agreements with internal and external stakeholders
• Identify areas for process improvement and help drive operational efficiency
• Leverage AI tools and digital platforms to enhance productivity and streamline routine tasks
Job Requirements:
• Higher Diploma or Degree holder
• 5 years or more of experience in operations, administration, or business support
• Experience reviewing legal documents (e.g., contracts, agreements, compliance materials)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Highly observant in spotting areas for improvements
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, lean environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across departments and stakeholders
• Proactive, hands-on approach
• Keen to adopt AI tools to improve workflow and execution
• Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
