負責日常維修及保養工作, 例如洗衣/乾衣機、洗碗碟機或雪櫃等家電
了解及解答顧客疑問並即時提供可行適切解決方案
為客戶提供現場技術支援和產品用法 (如有需要)
要求
能獨立工作
工作積極、具責任心以完成每日指派之工作
與客戶保持良好溝通
基本中文閱讀及書寫能力
基本英文閱讀及書寫能力
具維修電器經驗優先
應徵者如有更多相關經驗，有機會成為高級家庭電器維修員
Responsibilities:
Responsible for daily repair and maintenance work on home appliances, such as washing/drying machines, dishwashers, and refrigerators
Understand and answer customer inquiries, providing feasible and appropriate solutions promptly
Provide on-site technical support and product usage instructions (if needed)
Requirements:
Ability to work independently.
Proactive and responsible attitude to complete daily assigned tasks.
Maintain good communication with customers.
Basic reading and writing skills in Chinese.
Basic reading and writing skills in English.
Experience in repairing appliances is preferred.
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Technician
