Job Description
What you’ll be doing?
- Coordinate with shops and warehouse/logistic for stock replenishment
- Source new vendors, and new operation mode
- Executing buying activities, stock planning, allocation, and reordering situations to meet company business objectives
- Communicate closely with local buyers
- Data entry and database management
- Handle and facilitate daily communications with external parties in a timely and pleasant manner.
- Build supportive relationship with cross-functional team
- Support and monitor the process improvement / cost-saving / risk-mitigation / cost-avoidance projects
- Prepare management reports on a timely basis
- Bring in new sources and concepts to the team
- Maintain the highest standard of professional competence and integrity
- Handle other ad-hoc assignments
Who are we looking for?
- Degree in related disciplines, preferably in e-commerce industry
- 5 years minimum working experience
- Good spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Good team player, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility
- Immediate available is highly preferred;

Salary:
- Salary: From HKD$13000-$18000 per month

- 負責處理及跟進日常採購工作︰如訂貨、跟單、聯絡供應商索取報價
- 熟悉電子商務採購
- 對潮流有觸覺
- 產品質量控制
- 價格/條款談判
- 處理一般倉務工作,確保訂單按時完成
- 更新訂購資料庫,一般文書工作,數據錄入
- 制作採購及倉務報表
- 處理倉務部之出入庫的文件及核對發票
- 其他工作支援
職位需要:
- 良好英語和漢語寫作水平
- 具責任感,誠實及良好工作態度
- 五年或以上採購文員工作經驗
上班時間:
- 工作類型:全職、合約
- 工作地點: 尖沙咀區
- 上班時間:星期一至六:9am- 6pm (午膳一小時)
