Requirements
- Tertiary Education in Real Estate or related disciplines
- 1 year or above experience in retail leasing, preferably gained from property developer or sizeable company
- Good command of English & Chinese (both spoken & written)
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
Responsibilities
- Handling daily leasing matters including new lettings, tenancy renewals & tenancy administation work
