Job Description:
• Monitor market trends, identify target consumers and develop consumer insights.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, target consumers and consumer insights.
• Keep track on new product development, packaging design with designer to achieve KPI
• Support marketing & daily sales materials to achieve aligned business objectives.
• Follow up on marketing strategy, pricing, and promotional tactics.
• Manage & follow up the process for promotion, event & launches.
• A&P budget monitoring & implementation to maximize promotional effectiveness
• Media, advertising and promotion, marketing materials management
• Collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure excellent execution of marketing initiatives.
Job Requirements:
• Degree holder in Marketing / Business Studies or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in FMCG industry, preferably in food products.
• brand management, product development, and designing & executing advertising and media plans experience is preferable
• Creative, organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated with a pleasant personality
• Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work independently
• Proficiency in PC skills, ai solution and good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Less experience will be considered as Product Officer
