Retail Banking- Teller 銀行櫃員/ Customer Service Officer 19k- 25K

 Responsibilities:

1.  Handlings counter transaction for cash, cheque, FX and referral.
2.  Provide customer enquiries with high quality service
3.  Promote the banking products to customer and refer to suitable persons
4.  Manage ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

1. 5 subjects passed in HKCEE / HKDSE with Chinese/ English and Mathematics subjects or above is advantage
2. University degree with Finance, Economic or Accounting is advantage
3. Fresh graduates are also welcome
4. Detail-oriented and good communication skills
5. Willing to work under pressure and meet expectations
6. Good command in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
