Restaurant Manager
Located in the heart of Central, Dot Cod has been a premier destination for exceptional seafood and fine dining since its opening in 2000. After a short break, we are excited to reopen and continue our tradition of excellence. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic team and uphold the highest standards of service and operations.
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Dot Cod’s operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient service, and profitability. This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food quality and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Manage food, beverage, and wine programs, including cost control and inventory.
- Drive revenue through effective budgeting, marketing initiatives, and upselling strategies.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
- Recruit, train, and motivate staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and management team on strategic planning and promotions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in fine dining.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- · Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
