Job Responsibilities:
1. Desktop operations and maintenance (installation, configuration, and upgrading of desktop computer hardware and software; operational maintenance and management to ensure smooth desktop system functioning and meet daily operational requirements);
2. Resolution of desktop network faults (physical network ports, wired/wireless computer configurations);
3. Configuration of new employee computers (system installation, domain joining, deployment of office and security software) and timely issuance;
4. Installation and distribution of peripherals such as monitors;
5. Configuration and maintenance of desktop printers;
6. Troubleshooting common issues with operating systems, office software, and desktop applications;
7. Configuration of email clients and resolution of common faults;
8. Technical support and troubleshooting for instant messaging and conferencing software;
9. Reporting hardware faults to manufacturers and monitoring subsequent repairs;
10. Conduct regular checks on client-side antivirus software and the operational status of integrated terminal assistants, with ongoing monitoring;
11. Manage assets (including asset lifecycle management, issuance, warehousing, borrowing, repairs, inventory checks, transfers, and disposal);
12. Handling asset distribution, warehousing, and the issuance/return of borrowed IT assets;
13. Generating periodic statistical reports on equipment and consumables (including but not limited to: ledgers, requisitions, loans, returns, inventories, disposals);
14. Commissioning and maintaining conference equipment and systems, including but not limited to routine meeting room inspections, video conferencing support, and critical meeting support to ensure uninterrupted proceedings.
Essential Skills
1. Installation, configuration, and operation of Windows OS, common office software (Office), email systems (Outlook, Foxmail), and desktop applications (antivirus, chat, etc.);
2. Application support and fault diagnosis for conference room equipment;
3. Proficiency in operating system registry, group policies, services, logs, and CMD commands to assist technical specialists in troubleshooting complex issues.
4. Possess frontline application support capabilities and correctly escalate tickets to Level 2 support.
Position/Personnel Requirements:
1. College diploma or higher in computer-related disciplines, with over one year of relevant experience.
2. Presentable appearance with strong communication skills and teamwork ethos.
3. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting proficiency.
4. Capable of investigating issues and incidents to formulate resolution strategies
