Our Client (Government) is now looking for high calibre candidates to fill the following position (2 headcounts):
Job duties
- To assist in developing innovative ideas of transforming statistical information into creative, engaging and easy-to-understand visuals and designs
- To create and produce design and art work; graphic / motion graphic / infographic design; make video effects; production of animation, in a wide range of media platforms, include but not limited to social media platforms, website and on ground event
- To assist in producing multimedia content for digital media platforms, including idea development, scriptwriting, and support for outdoor/indoor filming and photography tasks, such as photo-taking, video shooting, audio recording, and the corresponding content editing duties
- To assist in managing and running social media platforms and organizing the display of publicity materials, departmental events, and audio-visual presentations
- To develop creative concepts and art designs for various marketing and other purposes, include but not limited to photo and video production projects, website interface and other communication materials e.g. online banner, premium, backdrop, leaflets and posters
Requirement
- Have a bachelor’s degree from a university in Hong Kong or overseas tertiary education institute, preferably majoring in Design / Multimedia Design / Graphic Design / Visual Communication / Creative Media / Media Arts / New Media, or equivalent
- Have at least six years’ full-time post-graduate working experience (including at least three years’ experience in the Government and/or public organisations), in supporting design, marketing, brand building, public relations, interactive media, advertisement, social media operations, or in related multimedia areas
- Be proficient in scriptwriting, operating audio-visual equipment and computer software related to digital and image-sound media, photo and video editing and production including Macintosh operation; Adobe Creative Suite like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, and 3D Modeling software. Expertise of 3D animation software applications, i.e. Cinema 4D and Blender, are considered an advantage
- Be proficient in web design, printing and production processes is a plus
- Be innovative, proactive with an excellent sense of graphic design, web design and digital design
- Be able to work in rotating shifts and frequently work under tight deadlines, on long and irregular hours and on Public Holidays
Remarks
- Monthly salary: HK$40,000
- Working location: Wan Chai
- Government 9-month contract
