Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring all documents are properly organized and easily accessible
• Handle payroll processing and manage payments to employees, suppliers, and other company expenses
• Ensure all accounting practices and documentation comply with applicable financial regulations and internal policies
• Liaise with banks, external auditors, and regulatory authorities for annual audits, tax filings, and other compliance-related matters
• Provide comprehensive administrative support across departments, including data entry, filing, and coordination of office operations
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures as required
Requirements:
• Hold at least HKDSE / HKCEE or equivalent qualification, or possess a LCCI certification in accounting or related field
• Have a minimum of 3 years of solid working experience in accounting or finance roles
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
