⚫Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior QA Tester to join our R&D team, focusing on the quality assurance of localized POS (Point of Sale) and customer ordering systems. This role will support end-to-end testing across mobile and web applications, with a specific focus on Thai language localization and payment function validation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, report, and track defects, ensuring the delivery of stable, user-friendly products that meet business and localization requirements.
⚫Key Responsibilities
➢Execute testing activities for localized POS and customer ordering systems, covering functional, usability, and compatibility aspects across mobile and web platforms;
➢Follow standardized test instructions and test cases to validate mobile/web application functions, ensuring alignment with specified requirements;
➢Assist in the testing of payment-related features, verifying transaction flows, accuracy, and compliance with basic payment processing standards;
➢ Document and report bugs clearly with detailed steps, screenshots, and reproduction scenarios; collaborate with developers to track defect resolution progress;
➢ Support localization testing, including validation of Thai language translations, cultural adaptation, and consistency of localized content across the application;
➢ Assist in maintaining test artifacts, such as test cases and bug reports, to ensure test process traceability and efficiency.
⚫ Requirements
➢ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Engineering or related fields;
➢ 1-3 years of hands-on QA testing experience, preferably with exposure to software application testing;
➢ Basic understanding of POS or customer ordering system workflows and core business logic;
➢ Highly detail-oriented, meticulous, and responsible, with strong attention to functional and visual inconsistencies;
➢ Familiarity with basic QA testing methodologies and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira) is a plus;
➢ Good command of written and verbal English; proficiency in Thai is preferred (for translation validation).
