Responsibilities:
• Create & Coordinate: Assist in developing event collateral, social media content, and promotional materials. Co-ordinate and co-operate with internal departments for marketing programs roll-out in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner
• Drive Engagement: Help implement campaigns to boost attendance and lead generation; monitor performance metrics. Play an active role in daily operations on key social media platforms including drafting contents & replies, engagement management, page monitoring and report etc
• Digital & Analytics: Manage event-related platforms and track engagement data for actionable insights and reach company KPI, and ad hoc marketing projects.
• Research & Insights: Gather market and competitor intelligence to inform event strategies, tailor sales approaches, preparing marketing materials. Looking for new business opportunities by reaching out different parties
• Collaborate: Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution. Negotiate for paid/free exposure for seasonal launch / brand building / campaigns with systematic calendar & reports for review
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of Experience in event planning and marketing coordination (B2B preferred)
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or related fields.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin and Cantonese, written and spoken
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment to work independently or in a team.

• 跨部門與對外合作: 與內部團隊及外部合作夥伴保持緊密聯繫,確保項目���利執行;就季節性產品推出、品牌建立及市場推廣活動,爭取付費或免費曝光機會,並制定有系統的推廣日程及成效報告以供檢討。
職位要求:
• 具備 2–3 年活動策劃及市場推廣統籌相關工作經驗(具 B2B 經驗者優先)。
• 持有市場營銷、工商管理、活動管理或相關學科之大學學位。
• 具備良好的組織能力及高度細心的工作態度。
• 熟悉數碼市場推廣工具及社交媒體平台。
• 具備優秀的英語、普通話及粵語書面及口語溝通能力。
• 能在節奏快速、國際化的工作環境中獨立工作或與團隊合作。
