Responsibilities:
- Handle monthly settlements for utilities, such as electricity and water bills, ensuring accurate and timely processing
- Process and manage employee reimbursements in accordance with company policies
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management as needed
- Support the retail team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years' relevant experience, preferably in retail industry
- Excellent data analysis, communication and organization skills;
- Multi-tasking, customer-oriented, with strong interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in MS applications and analysis tools;
- Proficient in both written and spoken in Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage;
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing.
- Open-minded, flexible and willing to learn
Package and Conditions:
- 2-4 working days per week
- Hourly salary: HK$100/hr
