Part-time Retail Operations Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Handle monthly settlements for utilities, such as electricity and water bills, ensuring accurate and timely processing
  • Process and manage employee reimbursements in accordance with company policies
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management as needed
  • Support the retail team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' relevant experience, preferably in retail industry
  • Excellent data analysis, communication and organization skills;
  • Multi-tasking, customer-oriented, with strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS applications and analysis tools;
  • Proficient in both written and spoken in Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage;
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing.
  • Open-minded, flexible and willing to learn
Package and Conditions:
  • 2-4 working days per week
  • Hourly salary: HK$100/hr
