WPG Electronics (HK) Limited is actively expanding its overseas supply chain footprint and now invites dedicated professionals passionate about warehouse operations and international compliance certifications to join our team. This role will contribute to establishing and maintaining an efficient and compliant supply chain system. Through participation in international certification management, process optimization, and internal and external audit activities, the successful candidate will help drive continuous operational improvement.
主要職責 (Responsibilities)﹕
- 協助執行海外供應鏈策略,與外部合作夥伴協作推動倉儲及物流網絡發展;
Assist in executing overseas supply chain strategies and collaborate with external partners to develop warehouse and logistics networks; - 負責ISO、TAPA等國際認證的日常維護、文件更新及內外部審核協調;
Take charge of the day-to-day maintenance, documentation updates, and coordination of internal and external audits for international certifications such as ISO and TAPA; - 分析倉庫運營流程,識別效率與產能優化空間,並撰寫改善建議報告;
Analyze warehouse operational processes, identify opportunities for efficiency and productivity improvement, and prepare optimization proposal reports; - 協助準備內外部審核材料,以專業簡報(PPT)形式進行匯報與解說;
Assist in preparing materials for internal and external audits, and deliver professional presentations using tools such as PowerPoint; - 參與ESG項目執行與相關匯報工作;
Participate in the execution and reporting of ESG-related projects; - 協助撰寫管理會議記錄及項目文件;
Support the drafting of management meeting minutes and project documentation; - 處理上司委派之專項任務。
Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
職位要求 (Requirements)﹕
- 大學或以上學歷,主修供應鏈管理、物流、工業工程、工商管理或相關學科優先;
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; - 至少2年倉庫運營、物流管理或相關合規工作經驗,熟悉倉儲流程及認證要求;
Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics management, or related compliance work, with familiarity in warehousing processes and certification requirements; - 對ISO、TAPA等國際認證之維護與執行具備實際經驗或濃厚興趣;
Practical experience or strong interest in the maintenance and implementation of international certifications such as ISO and TAPA; - 英語能力良好(TOEIC 750或IELTS 6.0或同等水平),精通普通話及粵語;
Good command of English (TOEIC 750 / IELTS 6.0 or equivalent); proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is required; - 熟練掌握MS Office(尤其PowerPoint),能獨立製作專業匯報材料;
Proficient in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint, with the ability to independently prepare professional presentation materials; - 具備優秀的項目協調、溝通能力及團隊協作精神;
Excellent project coordination, communication skills, and a collaborative team spirit; - 處事積極主動、注重細節,能適應跨文化工作環境;
Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a cross-cultural working environment; - 有志於供應鏈合規領域長期發展,未來願意承擔團隊管理或項目領導職責。
Aspires to long-term development in the field of supply chain compliance and is willing to take on team management or project leadership responsibilities in the future.
