Job Duties:
- Embrace the opportunity to engage in 360degree marketing, seize the opportunity to connect with our target customer through a wide variety of channels, especially digital marketing media to convey an efficient, call-to-action message to customers
- Lead the development of annual marketing strategies and campaigns that align with the company's overall business objectives for the Hong Kong markets
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to inform effective marketing plans tailored to the unique characteristics and dynamics of each market
- Initiate digital marketing ideas and new and creative growth strategies
- Collaborate with regional teams to leverage global marketing assets and resources while adapting them for local relevance
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals responsible for executing initiatives in Hong Kong, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment
- Provide CRM analysis and insights on customer behaviors and to automate CRM activities
Requirements:
- Degree holder, preferably in Business or Marketing related disciplines
- At least 5 years' experience in the marketing field, experience in F&B is highly preferred
- Experience in digital marketing and/or loyalty program management is a plus
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Manager
- Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked and can work under pressure
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful, data-driven marketing strategies and campaigns
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in using marketing technology and tools (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, social media platforms)
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), both written and spoken.
