Major Duties:
(a) To assist in conducting research related to the internationalisation of post-secondary education in Hong Kong (the initiative);
(b) To prepare briefs, compile reports and statistical returns in relation to the initiative;
(c) To provide administrative support in relation to the initiative (e.g. coordinating returns/inputs from teams; preparing presentation materials/speeches etc.);
(d) To assist in updating the thematic websites under the Education Bureau; and
(e) To undertake any other duties as assigned by the seniors.
Requirement:
(a) A holder of a Hong Kong bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
(b) Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
(c) Competent in using common computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
(d) Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills; and
(e) Two years of working experience (in office administrative / editorial work, event or campaign management) in government or post-secondary education institutions is preferred.
