Responsibilities:
Spearhead all operation, administration and customer service issues under business development manager's supervision
Coordinate with school clients, parents and instructors to plan and update lesson schedule
Prepare all sales documents including invoices, receipts, delivery notes, tender documents and sales proposal under sales' supervision
Coordinate with suppliers and external service providers on the fulfillment of sales orders, including monitor delivery schedule and check payment invoices
Monitor and follow up client payment status independently
Update sales and payment record independently
Assist business development, marketing and ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager or senior management
Handle and follow up any incoming sales enquiry
Requirements:
S6 or associate degree/diploma holder of any discipline, candidate with working experience preferred
Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese and English and typing
Full command of MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
Responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, independent, willing to learn
Sound project management and multi-tasking ability
Team player
