Job Responsibilities:
Provide personal/administrative support to Managing Director, handle confidential info discreetly.
Liaise with HQ (accounts/admin) and General Manager, prepare reports and coordinate internally.
Manage ad hoc tasks from Director/supervisor for team success.
Organize monthly docs (receipts, property, bank statements), submit/follow up applications.
Coordinate with education consultants, tutors, providers, and overseas teams.
Supervise helper/driver as needed.
Manage MD calendar, meetings, and travel (flights, hotels, transport, itineraries), personal travel support if required.
Job Requirement:
Higher Diploma or above in any discipline
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in business, beauty sales, receptionist, or sales administration
Flexible, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and in a team environment
Responsible, proactive, and attentive to details and time management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word
Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, excellent communication skills are essential
Willing to travel for business when required
