Handle customers' inquiries via hotline, Whatsapp and email, reslove their issues and concerns promptly and effectively.

Provide remote end-users technical support such as system setup, troubleshooting, and daily system maintenance.
為用戶提供遠程技術支援,如系統設置、故障排除和日常系統維護。
Requirements 職位要求:
- F6 graduate or above are welcome
中六或以上畢業
- Good presentation & communication skills
具備良好表達能力及溝通技巧
- Having related sale experience is an advantage
