香港賽馬會(「馬會」)成立於1884年,是致力建設更美好社會的世界級賽馬機構。馬會透過其結合賽馬及馬場娛樂、會員會所、有節制體育博彩及獎券,以及慈善及社區貢獻的獨特綜合營運模式,創造經濟及社會價值,並協助香港特區政府打擊非法賭博。
Founded in 1884, The Hong Kong Jockey Club (“the Club”) is a world-class racing club that acts continuously for the betterment of our society. The Club has a unique integrated business model, comprising racing and racecourse entertainment, a membership club, responsible sports wagering and lottery, and charities and community contribution. Through this model, the Club generates economic and social value for the community and supports the HKSAR Government in combatting illegal gambling.
職責內容 The Job
- 準備好未來4年3個月完成釘甲培訓課程
- 在上司的指導下完成實習和理論的訓練
- 在完成每一年的訓練後通過所有能力考核才能晉升到下一級別
- 到香港及國内不同的騎術學校工作
- be prepared to commit to a 4-year-3-month Farrier Training Program
- receive supervisory support to complete practical and theoretical training
- be required to pass all competency assessments upon completion of each year before proceeding to the next level
- travel to different riding schools in HK and China
入職要求 About You
- 中五或以上學歷
- 具備馬匹經驗者優先
- 具備誠信、自律、積極、團隊合作、良好的時間管理能力和人際交往能力,並樂於學習
- 良好的英語理解能力
- Complete Form 5 or above
- Horse handling experience is an advantage but not essential
- Equipped with high integrity, self-discipline, energy, teamwork attitude, good time management and interpersonal skills with willingness to learn
- Basic understanding of English; it would be an advantage as there will be possible opportunities to train overseas
