Prefer candidates with school / examination setting and delivery boxes in both indoor and outdoor experience.
Working Schedule:
- 3 x half day from Monday to Friday
- 1 x whole day from Saturday to Sunday
Job Duty:
1. To receive and sort internal and external mail and parcels. Sorting, franking and recording incoming cheques and outgoing mail.
2. To set up furniture & equipment for building activity, including the classroom furniture and partition. (e.g. all-staff meeting, staff lunch)
3. To distribute bottle(s) of water to all pantries.
4. To provide assistance in daily general miscellaneous duties in the office and classrooms.
5. To provide assistance for external deliveries and perform bank-in duties
6. Assist Facilities Executive to handle inventory, storage and related matters.
7. Regular checking of first aid room, corridors and classroom furniture, ceiling lights, A/C, ceiling tiles and carpet cleanliness.
