Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities and achieve sales targets in line with company goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and wet market stall owners to drive customer loyalty and business
- Conduct regular field visits to wet market stalls and traditional trade clients with the assigned district
- Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit accounts as per company policy
- Prepare sales report and updates to the manager
- Monitor market activities and trends to provide relevant market insights to the team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales activities
- Assist ad hoc duties when necessary
Requirements:
- Form 5 / DSE or above
- At least 2 years sales experience. Experience in food sector, traditional trade channels or FMCG is an advantage
- Familiarity with wet market dynamics, customer behavior and understanding of the local market are essential
- Self-motivated, result-orientated and proactive candidate
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, negotiation, problem solving, and communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
