6-mth Contract Supervisor, Quick Commerce (eShop/ Location: CWB) Nov 25 - Mar 26
Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end quick commerce (Keeta/ Food Panda) and eShop order fulfillment operations
- Include physical order picking, physical order packing and other order management
- Deliver a seamless customer experience while optimizing operational processes and costs
- Engage in day-to-day promotion planning with key account managers
- Follow up on customer service and operational issues with relevant stakeholders
- Contact the customer about the order status through a Phone call or WhatsApp
- Perform other ad-hoc duties and projects when assigned
Job Requirements
- DSE or above
- With 1 year of operation experience in eCommerce, Quick Commerce marketplace management or customer service is preferred
- Good command of written & spoken English & Mandarin
- Monday - Friday 08:30 - 18:30, including public holidays
- Store location: Causeway Bay
