Responsibilities
- Support daily operation, greet customers, provide high quality service to parents and handle enquiries from walk-in customers, email, WhatsApp, phone calls and follow-ups
- Provide professional consultation, such as introducing course details and proposing suitable course packages, to prospective parents
- Handle students' enrolment, attendance, class schedules, maintain student records and database
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the center manager and teachers, such as collecting school fees, scheduling meetings, purchasing office utilities, preparing reports, etc.
- Assist in marketing activities and promotions
- Perform other ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements
- Form 6 / 7 graduate or above
- Minimum 2 years experience in office administration and/or customer service is preferred
- Good PC skills and knowledge, including MS Office application, Chinese word processing and social media platforms
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Responsible, reliable, positive attitude, detail-minded and good organizational skills
- Be patient and caring to kids
- Good command in both spoken and written Cantonese, English and Putonghua
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willing to work on Saturdays (5.5-day work)
- Immediate available will be an advantage
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Administrative Clerk
