主要職責
與顧客溝通，了解其家居需求並推薦合適的家具選擇。
跟進客戶交易及查詢，確保顧客滿意度。
負責店舖日常運作，包括商品陳列及相關文件管理。
提供專業售後服務，維持良好客戶關係。
要求
中五或以上學歷。
能操英語、廣東話及普通話。
具相關銷售經驗。
具說服力、積極主動、以客為先，並擁有正面學習態度。
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their home setting and propose suitable furniture solutions.
Follow up on customer transactions and inquiries to ensure high satisfaction.
Oversee daily store operations, including merchandise display and documentation.
Provide professional after-sales service to maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements
F.5 or above.
Proficient in spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Proven sales experience in a related field is an asset.
Persuasive, self-motivated, customer-focused, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
