JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide full spectrum of human resources functions and activities to the company.
- Formulate and monitor the execution of HR Management policies and procedures including manpower planning & recruitment, coaching, performance management, remuneration management, employee relations and benefits, career planning.
- Manage full-cycle of recruitment process for both frontline and office, including organization structure, manpower planning, sourcing, and onboarding.
- Working closely with function heads by providing hiring strategies on the respective function’s needs to cope with business expansion.
- Handle routine C&B administration duties, i.e. pension scheme, medical insurance and tax returns etc. Handle and follow-up employee’s work injury cases.
- Review and update HR policies periodically in compliance with rules and regulations.
- Support in ad hoc project is required.
Requirements
- Degree holder with Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in retail or beauty industry
- Pro-active, self-motivated, mature, independent and able to work under pressure
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and willing to take up challenge in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations in Hong Kong
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese
