"Job Description
To perform general reception duties including greeting visitors; handling phone calls,
To handle enquiries from parents and introduce courses to potential customers
To handle enrollment, manage class timetable to arrange students’ lessons
To provide all-rounded clerical and administrative support to the education centre
To provide support to teachers and students when necessary
To handle complaints and assist ad hoc duties as and when required
Requirements
F.5 or HKDSE graduate or above with 1-2 years working experience in administration or customer service will be an advantage
Knowledge in PC skills and MS Office application (MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing)
Friendly and keep good relationships with parents, students and teachers
Good punctuality and attention to details
Good organizational skills and be able to work independently and fine with problem-solving
Enjoy working in the education field
Immediate available is highly preferable"
