Responsibilities
Supervise the waitstaff and ensure smooth service operations
Ensure that service staff adhere to high standards of hospitality and service
Support in maintaining an organized and fully stocked service area
Manage seating arrangements and flow of guests, particularly during busy periods
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency
Ensure that the dining area is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times
Communicate and collaborate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
Requirements
1-2 years of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry (fine dining preferred)
Experience in Hong Kong is an advantage
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and commitment to excellent service
Professionalism in managing challenging situations
Knowledge of Italian cuisine and culture is a plus
Average proficiency in spoken and written English is advantageous
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
