Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality and consistent service to all guests
Follow all service standards and guidelines set by the Floor Supervisor
Ensure accuracy in taking and delivering guest orders
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining environment
Maintain a polite and professional demeanor at all times
Adhere to grooming and uniform standards set by the restaurant
Requirements
Preferred experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant, especially fine dining or Michelin-star establishments
Basic knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service is a plus
Customer-focused attitude and commitment to excellent service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while staying composed
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Team player who assists colleagues as needed
Average proficiency in spoken and written English is advantageous
