Contract period: Mid Nov - March 2026
Duties and responsibilities
· Manage and oversee all day-to-day operation of ticketing aspects of the event
· Technical and organizational support to oversee the RFID, ticketing and gate setup on site.
· Handle any issues reported from frontline related to ticketing and entrance with the help of the RFID technical team and the other related departments
· Interact with Supervisors as required and handle their queries related to ticketing
· Liaising with internal departments on issues around ticketing
· Handling day to day management of the ticket office including leading the ticketing team to manage ticket sales, operation plans and training plans.
· Performing any other duties from time to time as reasonably assigned by the director of operation.
· Required to work on weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
· Experience in managing the ticketing operation and admission in venue or within a major event or festival, utilizing a wide range of ticket and booking options will be preferred
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, like Excel, Word etc.
· Fast Learner, ready to ask questions and learn on the job
· Excellent communication skills, problem-solving and decision -making skills
· Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese & Putonghua preferred
· Able to work independently with initiative and a strong sense of responsibility
· At least 4 years prior co-related experience required.
· 5 days available in mid-November – 21 Dec 2025
· 6 days available from 22nd December 2025 to 01st March 2026
