Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the go-to support for staff and management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Manage incoming communications—phone calls, emails, and correspondence—with professionalism and accuracy.
• Coordinate meetings, maintain calendars, and organize appointments with precision.
• Draft, format, and refine documents, reports, and presentations.
• Keep digital and physical filing systems organized and up to date.
• Handle data entry, maintain records, and oversee office supply inventory.
• Manage sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
• Assist with ad hoc projects and contribute to team initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or office support roles.
• Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
