- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, including team scheduling, training, and administrative tasks.

Requirements資格要求:
- At least 5 years of management experience in upscale dining, fine dining restaurants, or hotels.
至少5年高檔餐飲、精緻餐廳或酒店的管理經驗。
- Preference given to those with experience in opening and managing new restaurants.有新餐廳開業和管理經驗者優先。
- Experience in event planning and execution is preferred, along with skills in marketing.
有活動策劃及執行經驗者優先,並擅長於市場推廣。
- Proficient in Cantonese and able to use English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

- Familiar with computer systems for inventory management, employee scheduling, and reporting.
