西餐廳副經理

Job Description 職位概述:

- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, including team scheduling, training, and administrative tasks.

管理餐廳的日常運營,包括團隊排班、培訓和行政事務。

- Deliver excellent service to enhance the dining experience for customers.

提供卓越的服務,提升客戶的用餐體驗。

- Monitor food and beverage costs, labor budgets, and inventory management to optimize profitability.

監控食品和飲料成本、人工預算及庫存管理,以優化盈利能力。

- Lead, guide, and motivate team members to exceed customer expectations.

帶領、指導和激勵團隊成員,超越客戶期望。

- Collaborate with chefs to design seasonal menus and spearhead various festive events to attract customers.

與廚師合作設計季節性菜單,並主導各種節慶活動以吸引顧客。

- Handle social media feedback and assist with event operations.

處理社交媒體反饋並協助活動運營。


Requirements資格要求:

- At least 5 years of management experience in upscale dining, fine dining restaurants, or hotels.

至少5年高檔餐飲、精緻餐廳或酒店的管理經驗。

- Preference given to those with experience in opening and managing new restaurants.有新餐廳開業和管理經驗者優先。

- Experience in event planning and execution is preferred, along with skills in marketing.

有活動策劃及執行經驗者優先,並擅長於市場推廣。

- Proficient in Cantonese and able to use English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

精通廣東話並能使用英語;會其他語言者優先。

- Familiar with computer systems for inventory management, employee scheduling, and reporting.

熟悉使用電腦系統進行庫存管理、員工排班和報告。
