Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and developers to understand requirements and translate them into test cases.
• Create and maintain testing checklist and scenarios for functional, regression and UAT testing.
• Execute manual tests (and automation tests if applicable) to identify bugs, inconsistencies. And usability issues.
• Log, track and retest defects using tools, and sure timely resolution.
• Coordinate Production testing sessions with business users and gather feedback.
• Assist Quality Assurance Lead to ensure Test case coverage meets QA standard.
Requirements:
• Degree holder with major in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business Studies or other relevant majors
• 1-3 years of working experience in retail banking industry or digital platforms, and with solid software testing experience.
• Experience in CRM system experience (e.g. SalesForce, Oracle, SAP) is highly preferred
• Fundamental knowledge on Testing cycle and Testing management, including test strategy, test case design, execution and defect tracking.
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies is highly preferred.
