A Sizeable Group is URGENTLY seeking for the following position
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily security operation & management of a sizeable Shopping Mall & Grade A Commerical Building Complex
- Supervise & train a team of Security Staff & Building Supervisor to perform daily management tasks
- Handle customer enquiries & complaints
- Monitor the performance of Contractor work
- Arrange facilities repairs & maintenance work
Requirements:
- HKDSE / HKCEE or above
- Relevant security or building management experience, including 2 years of supervisor-level experience in Shopping Mall / Commercial Building
- Computer skills on Ms Office [Word & Excel]
- Fluent Cantonese & can communicate in English & Mandarin
- Good communication skills & customer service attitude
