JOB SUMMARY:
The incumbent provides logistic/administrative support to Special Events team for fundraising events/ campaigns.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the planning and execution of fundraising events and charity sales campaigns, including research, and telemarketing to solicit potential venues for roadshow/Carnival.
- Assist on ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Full-time undergraduate/graduate student majoring in Global Business, Business Management, Business Administration, Digital Marketing/ Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field

- Positive thinking, nice and friendly attitude
- Independent, well organized, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
- Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
