Role and Responsibilities
1. 3 working days per week (~27 hours), provide essential administrative and organizational support, and ensure the smooth operation of the team
2. Administrative Support:
• prepare and collate reports, documents, and presentations.
• provide administrative and clerical support to insurance agents, handling tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, assisting with sales performance reporting and presentations.
• manage calendars, arrange meetings and travel, handle incoming calls and emails, and distributing office mail.
3. Client and Policy Support:
• assist with processing policy requests, keeping client records up-to-date, and preparing documents for policy renewals or claims.
Requirements:
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
- Strong PC skills are essential for administrative tasks. Proficiency in Canva and AI tools is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are crucial.
- Candidates should be self-motivated, a good team player, and able to work independently.
