The Role
We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Assistant to support our consulting team in delivering exceptional HR services to our clients. This role offers hands-on experience in a boutique setting, working closely with senior consultants to drive growth and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting client recruitment projects, including drafting job ads, sourcing candidates via JobsDB and LinkedIn, and coordinating interviews.
* Maintaining accurate client and employee data in HRIS systems, ensuring compliance with Hong Kong’s Employment Ordinance and MPF regulations.
* Assisting with payroll, benefits administration, and employee onboarding for client projects.
* Preparing reports, proposals, and HR documentation for client presentations.
* Contributing to employee engagement initiatives and HR process improvements for clients.
What We're Looking For
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (fresh graduates with relevant internships welcome).
* 0-2 years of HR or administrative experience, ideally in consulting or professional services.
* Basic understanding of Hong Kong labor laws and MPF schemes is a plus.
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS (e.g., BambooHR or Workday) is an advantage.
* Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin skills are highly desirable.
* Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a client-focused mindset.
