Couch Potato Education is a forward-thinking education company based in Hong Kong. We specialise in online English learning, in-school English programmes in partnership with local schools, and are launching a TEFL (TQUK-approved) training programme.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general admin duties (documentation, filing, data updates)
- Support teacher recruitment and manage teacher assignments
- Communicate with students, parents, teachers, and school staff
- Assist in scheduling courses, preparing teaching materials, and updating records
- Occasionally required to go outside for document handling or in-school support
Working Hours:
- Monday 7am-11am, Tuesday - Friday 7am-4pm (1-hour lunch break) and Saturday 7am-11am
- 40 working hours per week (fixed total)
- Primarily remote, with occasional field work (approx. 1–2 times/week)
Requirements:
- Around 1–2 years of admin/office experience
- Good command of Chinese and English
- Familiar with Google Workspace / MS Office
- Detail-oriented, responsible, able to work independently
- This role is only open to candidates based in Hong Kong.
Compensation:
- Semi-annual performance bonus:
- Bonus awarded based on work performance evaluation
- Outstanding employees can earn up to HK$5,000 every 6 months
- Travel allowance
- Statutory holidays, annual leave, MPF
