Responsibilities:
• Actively identify, target, and generate new business opportunities from both private individuals and corporate clients
• Develop and implement strategic sales plan (based on the industry seasonality) to penetrate new markets and achieve sales target
• Research and build a robust pipeline of qualified leads through various channel (networking, linkedin, industry events, referrals)
• Conduct cold calls, emails, and social selling to initiate contact with potential clients
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries. Nurture and grow the existing client database to secure repeat business.
• Sales Process Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and proposal to closing and follow-up
• Tasting Events & Masterclasses: Proactively organize, host, and conduct product tasting events, activities, and masterclasses both in our showroom (the Iberico Ham Cellar experiences) and off-site at client venues
• Product Demonstrations: Dispatch samples and conduct professional product presentations to key decision-makers
• Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of all sales activities and leads in the company CRM
• Liaise and co-ordinate with external parties and internal departments to ensure smooth event execution and order delivery
• Undertake any other duties and special assignments as directed by the management
Requirements:
• 3-5 years’ relevant experience in a sales role with a track record of meeting targets. Experience in B2B/corporate sales, gourmet food, or luxury goods is a strong advantage
• A genuine passion for gourmet food and the ability to become an expert on our products, particularly Iberico ham
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with confidence in hosting events and engaging an audience
• Proactive and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Experience in organizing and executing successful events or product demonstrations
• Out-going personality, sales-oriented and self-motivated
• Excellent command in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
